These Terms govern your use of the IGIN USA store at iginusa.com (the "Store"). The Store is operated by Esenseu Inc., a California corporation ("Esenseu", "we", "us"). Esenseu is the seller of every product sold on the Store and the party to your purchase contract.

By placing an order or using the Store you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter a binding contract. The Store ships within the United States only unless a product page says otherwise.

2. Products

Some items are prepared after you order them and others ship from stock. In all cases:

• Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipping, longer in peak season.
• Colors can differ slightly from your screen because of monitor settings, fabric texture and print process. That is normal and is not a defect.
• Check the size guide on each product page. Sizing varies by garment.
• We may limit quantities per order or per customer, and may discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email.

Orders are final one hour after placement. To cancel or change an order, email hello@iginusa.com within that hour. After that the order is being prepared and cannot be pulled back.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; changes do not affect orders already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it.

Payment is taken at the time of order through Shopify Payments. We accept major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store your card details.

5. Shipping

Orders ship from our US fulfillment partners. Delivery estimates, tracking, lost package handling and address errors are covered in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns and replacements

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives defective, damaged or wrong, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge. Size exchanges on apparel are available once per order within 30 days. Full details are in our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Doodle Pop

Doodle Pop is a free game on the Store. It issues no discount codes and no coupons. You get a shareable result card, and top scores get early access to the next drop. We collect your email address only if you opt in for that early access. We may change or end the game at any time, and may disregard results we reasonably believe were obtained by abuse.

8. Intellectual property

The IGIN name and logo, the doodle characters, product designs, artwork, photography and copy on the Store belong to IGIN and its licensors and are used by Esenseu under license. Purchasing a product gives you the product, not any rights in the designs. You may not copy, reproduce or sell IGIN designs or use them commercially without written permission from the rights holder. Personal, non-commercial fan creativity is welcome.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the Store unlawfully, provide false information, create multiple accounts or sessions to game the leaderboard, attempt to manipulate the game, or abuse our support team. We may cancel orders and block access for breaches.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Store and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the Store will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing here limits rights you have under California or other applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Esenseu and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the Store or any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Esenseu against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Store.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Before filing any claim, contact us at hello@iginusa.com and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Small claims court remains available to you.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated version takes effect when posted with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced to subscribed customers by email. Continued use after posting is acceptance.
