About IGIN
IGIN is a Korean apple gin and tonic brand made by JINI'S LAMP in Yesan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea. The spirits are distilled from local rice and apples. The brand launched in Korea in 2024 and now sells in nine markets. iginusa.com is the official home of IGIN in the United States, operated under license by Esenseu Inc.
What IGIN means
The name joins "I" and "gin": a gin made in the maker's own way. The tagline is "Where Smiles Begin".
The lineup
Seven drinks: IGIN Apple Gin (40% ABV), the Apple Tonic ready-to-drink cans in four flavors, and two non-alcoholic cans, Apple Citrus and Apple Peach (under 0.5% ABV). Nothing is sold in the US yet; the two non-alcoholic cans arrive first.
The doodles
IGIN's packaging and merch carry five hand-drawn doodle characters: Dalkom the apple, Saekom the plum, Sangkom the grape, Pinkom the peach, and Byeolkom the UFO. Official IGIN merch is coming soon.
