1. Sponsor

The IGIN Doodle Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is a sweepstakes sponsored by Esenseu Inc., doing business as IGIN USA, 27702 Crown Valley Pkwy, Ste D4 PMB 1034, Ladera Ranch, CA 92694 ("Sponsor"). Questions: hello@iginusa.com.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, licensors, agencies and fulfillment vendors, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. Entry period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 am Pacific Time (PT) on October 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 pm PT on December 4, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

Base entry. Every person subscribed to the IGIN USA email newsletter receives one (1) base entry. You can subscribe for free at iginusa.com, including on the Sweepstakes page at iginusa.com/pages/giveaway, in the signup window on the site, and on the Doodle Pop score screen at iginusa.com/pages/doodle-pop. People who subscribed before the Entry Period began are entered automatically. Each person receives one base entry, no matter how many times or in how many places they subscribe.

Daily bonus entries. During the Entry Period you may also earn bonus entries by playing the free Doodle Pop game at iginusa.com: (a) enter your email address on the Doodle Pop score screen for one (1) bonus entry per day, and (b) after earning that day's bonus entry, use the Share button on your Doodle Pop score card to share or save it for one (1) more bonus entry that day. You are not required to post, tag, follow or like anything. A "day" runs from 12:00:00 am to 11:59:59 pm PT. Your game score does not affect your odds.

Limits. No more than two (2) bonus entries per person per day. Entries made through multiple email addresses, identities, bots, scripts or any automated means are void, and Sponsor may disqualify the entrant. If a dispute arises about who submitted an entry, the entry belongs to the authorized account holder of the email address. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To be eligible to win, you must still be subscribed to the IGIN USA newsletter at the time of the drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received for any reason.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize (1). A bundle of IGIN USA merchandise selected by Sponsor. Approximate retail value (ARV): at least $1,500 and no more than $1,999.

Second Prizes (10). Each a bundle of IGIN USA merchandise selected by Sponsor. ARV: $150 each.

Total ARV of all prizes: no more than $3,499. ARV is based on Sponsor's retail prices on iginusa.com. Sizes and colors are subject to availability. No alcoholic beverages are offered as part of any prize. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize item of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the value of their prize. Limit one prize per person and per household.

6. Drawing and odds

On or about December 7, 2026, Sponsor will select eleven (11) potential winners at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The first selected is the potential Grand Prize winner; the next ten are potential Second Prize winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions are final.

7. Winner notification

Potential winners will be notified by email at the subscribed address on or about December 7, 2026. A potential winner must reply within three (3) days with a US shipping address, size choices and confirmation of eligibility, and may be asked to provide proof of age. If a potential winner does not reply in time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor aims to ship prizes by December 11, 2026 to US addresses only; Sponsor is not responsible for carrier delays.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, Sponsor may use a winner's first name, last initial and state to announce winners, without further compensation. Sponsor will not use a winner's photo or likeness without separate written consent.

9. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone it finds tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned because of a technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and, where allowed, select winners at random from eligible entries received before the action. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws.

10. Release and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, licensors and agencies, and their officers, directors, employees and agents, from any claims, damages or losses arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including website, network, email or software malfunctions, or for any injury or damage to any computer related to participation in the Sweepstakes.

11. Disputes

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to run the Sweepstakes and to send IGIN USA emails, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Social platforms

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, X or any other social platform. Entrants release each such platform from all liability related to the Sweepstakes.
