Privacy policy

The IGIN USA store at iginusa.com (the "Store") is operated by Esenseu Inc., a California corporation ("Esenseu", "we", "us"). Esenseu is the seller of record and the business responsible for your personal information when you use the Store.
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect
When you place an order: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number if you give one, and your order details. Payment details are collected and processed by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or expiry date.
When you sign up for email: your email address and, if you give it, your name.
When you play Doodle Pop: your game score and result. The game issues no discount codes. It gives you a shareable result card, and top scores get early access to the next drop. We collect your email address only if you opt in for that early access, and we tag your customer record so we can see whether the game leads to purchases. Your visit history and high score are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device unless you submit your email.
When you sign up to be notified about a product: your email address and the product you asked about.
Automatically when you visit: browser and device type, IP address and approximate location, pages viewed, time on page, referring site, and clicks. This is collected by Shopify's analytics and, when enabled, by Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel.
How we use it
- To fulfill your order. Your name, shipping address and order details go to our fulfillment partners, who prepare and ship your order and send you tracking.
- To communicate about your order: confirmations, shipping updates, and any follow-up on returns or replacements.
- For marketing email, only if you opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To send Doodle Pop early access, if you opted in. No discount codes are issued.
- To improve the Store, using aggregated analytics.
- To prevent fraud, using Shopify's fraud analysis, with flagged orders reviewed by a person.
- To meet legal obligations, including tax and accounting records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the vendors we need to run the Store:

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies
Essential cookies from Shopify keep your cart and checkout working and cannot be turned off. Analytics and advertising cookies from Google, Meta and TikTok can be declined through the cookie banner. The Doodle Pop game uses browser local storage rather than cookies; you can clear it in your browser settings.
Marketing email
You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom, or by emailing hello@iginusa.com. Order and shipping emails are not marketing and are sent for any active order.
Data retention
- Order records: seven years, for tax and accounting.
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe. We keep a suppression record afterwards so you are not re-added by mistake.
- Analytics: per Google Analytics settings, 14 months by default.
- Doodle Pop: scores are discarded after the result card is shown; emails are added to marketing only with your consent.
Your rights
California residents have the right under the CCPA to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising beyond the pixels described above, which you can decline), and to equal service if you exercise these rights.
Residents of other states with privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and others, have similar rights.
To make a request, email hello@iginusa.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will verify your identity by matching the email to your customer record and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof of authorization.
Children
The Store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will update the effective date when this policy changes. For material changes, such as new advertising pixels, we will email subscribed customers before they take effect.
